These tests involve the following determinations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quantification of bacteria, yeasts and fungal contaminants<\/li>\n<li>Quantification of spore-forming anaerobic bacteria<\/li>\n<li>Quantification of coliforms<\/li>\n<li>Coagulase-positive <em>Staphylococcus<\/em> count<\/li>\n<li>Detection of <em>Shigella<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Enumeration of <em>Listeria monocytogenes<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Pseudomonas aeruginosa<\/em> count<\/li>\n<li>Detection of <em>Salmonella<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An important aspect that we must begin to control in distributed products is to determine unwanted contamination, and thus control the safety of these products, especially because they pose a danger during handling.
